What the current aircraft list includes

Bandai Namco’s dedicated aircraft page currently displays 18 named aircraft and ends with a “Stay Tuned for More Aircraft” notice. That makes it a dated reveal snapshot, not a complete launch roster. The searchable table above preserves those 18 names exactly as recorded from the official page on August 30, 2026.

A separate PlayStation Blog article written by Marina Komatsu of Bandai Namco Entertainment states that players can pilot over 30 different aircraft in the full game. “Over 30” is the strongest verified total available, but it is not permission to convert the number into 31 or another exact count. Until the remaining names are published, this page keeps the complete roster total and the current reveal count as two separate facts.

The official aircraft page uses four role labels: Fighter, Attacker, Multirole, and Electronic. The verified material for this page does not capture a role assignment beside every individual aircraft, so those table cells remain TBD. Aircraft knowledge from earlier Ace Combat games, real-world military classifications, or community lists is not used to fill those gaps.

Why 18 does not mean the final roster

The number 18 answers a narrow question: how many aircraft were visible on Bandai Namco’s aircraft page at the fact cutoff. The “over 30” statement answers a different question about the full game’s playable scale. Treating both as the same measurement would either undercount the full roster or overstate how many names have actually been revealed.

This page therefore avoids labels such as “all launch aircraft” or “complete roster.” Each listed name receives the status “Official page,” while unpublished names stay out of the table entirely. New aircraft can be added to the same database after an official reveal without changing the page’s search intent or creating a new thin article.

The pre-order F-14A and Season 1 ADFX-02 Morgan–PIXY also remain outside the 18-name table. The four published aircraft roles

Bonus and Season 1 aircraft

The F-14A is an official pre-order bonus aircraft. It is not the same entry as the F-14D Super Tomcat that appears among the 18 names on the aircraft page. The official language says that some bonus items may be made available later, but it does not specifically confirm a future standalone sale for the F-14A, so that possibility remains TBD.

The ADFX-02 Morgan–PIXY is Season 1 Premium Ace Pass content rather than part of the 18-aircraft reveal count. Bandai Namco’s FAQ says it can be used online, while Campaign use requires completing all missions.
